I can’t believe I forgot to make my royal icing last night!
It’s not even close.
This is the recipe for Royal Ice Cake that will wow even the most diehard cake lovers out there!

I have some extra royal icing leftover, so I thought I’d try to recreate the recipe, just to make sure it worked for me.
To make it easy, I used one of the most common royal icing recipes for a little more of a consistency.
I think it worked really well, and it’s one of my favorite icing recipes.
If you are just starting out with royal icing, I suggest using an equal portion of both the sugar and water and using a mixer.
For this recipe, I had to use a large mixing bowl to get it all mixed up properly.
It worked great.
I added in a few extra things to the mix, such as powdered sugar, and I also added a pinch of vanilla extract.
I then poured the mixture into the fridge to chill overnight.
I was able to make this cake in the middle of summer and it was so easy to make!
It took me about an hour to make the cake and it took me like an hour and a half to assemble.
I topped the cake with some mangoes and a mango buttercream.
You can use a combination of coconut milk and sugar, if you prefer, but you should still go for something sweet and creamy.
Ingredients 2 cups of royal icing sugar (about 1 cup)
