Cookbook authors Sarah Karp and Lisa Hulme have created a cookbook for the Instant Pot that is a feast for the eyes, with a lot of recipes you can do on the go.
You can learn how to make chicken burgers, pork chops, and turkey patties from the cookbook, or try a new take on the classic chicken pot pie recipe, which combines the flavors of baked beans and turkey with a crisp crust.
Karp said the cookbooks aim to provide a fun way for newbies to start making their own dishes, which could be especially helpful if you have a lot going on at once.
She said the book is designed to be as easy as possible to follow while also having a lot to learn about the Instant Pots unique cooking process.
