Blueberry pancakes are one of my favorite breakfast dishes and this recipe is a great substitute for them.
They’re just a bit more filling, but they’re still a satisfying and easy breakfast to serve with a cup of coffee.
They are gluten-free, dairy-free and grain-free as well.
