Keto Chicken Recipe Ingredients 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast cut into 4 pieces 3 cups chicken broth (or water) 1 tbsp olive oil 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 tbsp fresh rosemary 1 tbsp chopped fresh thyme 1/2 tsp dried oregano 1/4 tsp dried rosemary salt to taste (we use 1/8 tsp) 1 cup shredded carrots (chopped and cut into 1 inch pieces) 1 tsp smoked paprika 1 tsp cayenne pepper 1 tsp kosher salt and pepper to taste Directions Place the chicken breast, broth, and garlic in a large bowl.
Pour the olive oil into the bowl and stir until the mixture becomes very creamy.
Season the chicken with salt and black pepper and season with the rosemary and thyme.
Stir in the chopped rosemary, thyme, and paprika.
Season with salt, pepper, and cayanne pepper.
Add the chicken to the chicken broth, cover and let it sit for 10 minutes.
Then, add the carrots and stir.
Serve with a side of the shredded carrots and the chicken.
